In response to a number of customer service requests on our Facebook page, we’ve created a number of ways for you to get in touch. If you need an answer to a question about Buy As You View, the areas we cover, how the meter works or making payments, you will probably find an answer on the frequently asked questions page on the Buy As You View website.
If you need to get in touch with us and would rather we call you, we’ve now created a handy ‘Request a Call Back’ form which you can fill in and someone from our friendly Customer Services team will call you back to help you. Additionally, if you need your meter emptying, there’s a fault or problem with your meter (or anything else meter related for that matter!) you can use our ‘Book a Meter Call’ form and again, one of our Customer Services team members will be in touch to arrange a time that’s suitable to visit.
The Customer Services tab is the first tab visible on our Facebook page and apart from the options outlined above, we have also given telephone (0845 121 5690) and email (firstname.lastname@example.org) options to ensure that we are able to accommodate you – however you want to get in touch!
